Among the finest of Ambergris Caye, Belize resorts, Paradise Villas offers oceanfront vacation rentals set amidst lush flowering tropical gardens and a refreshing freshwater pool. Our lovely one- and two-bedroom condos feature all the modern conveniences of home including air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, and comfortable beds; and our rates include daily housekeeping and linen service.

The condos sit approximately 150 feet from the beach, with only the gardens and pool in between! One can often hear, muffled by the distance, the surf pounding the renowned Belize coral reef, approximately one-half mile off shore here. Located at the very north end of town, the condos are a 5-minute walk from downtown San Pedro.

Both condos are beautifully decorated in Mexican-Caribbean style, the walls being adorned with colorful local arts and crafts. And they're loaded with everything you'll need to enjoy your holiday. From bookshelves stocked with great summer reading to a fully equipped kitchen -- complete with blenders for those great homemade fruit-and-rum smoothies -- you'll need only to bring your swim suit and beach towels. Also included are bed linens and bath towels, cable TV, and stereo CD players.

The lower level one-bedroom condo can sleep up to four people, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Daily maid service is included.

The upper level two-bedroom condo can sleep up to six people, with a queen bed in the first bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Daily maid service is included.

Residents of North America do not need adapters for electrical devices such as cell phone chargers, hairdryers, etc. These will function as they do at home.

Paradise Villas is conveniently located on the north end of San Pedro Town, next to the Blue Tang Inn, about 10 minutes from the San Pedro Airstrip. The property is an oasis of beauty and tranquility, but is by no means secluded. We're a 5 minute walk to everything you'll need while on the island, including a variety of restaurants (often on the beachfront), bars, grocery stores, boutiques, internet cafes, and gyms. Getting to Paradise Villas is easy. You can make direct connections to San Pedro from Belize International Airport in Belize City. Our manager will be happy to reserve the flights for you and will arrange for a taxi to pick you up at the San Pedro airstrip for the ten minute ride to Paradise Villas.
