How to Reserve Your Paradise Villa Unit

To make your reservation, please follow these steps:

1. Check our Availability Calendar to see if the condominium unit you would like to reserve is available for the dates you wish to stay.

2. Complete and submit our secure Reservation Request Form.

Once we receive your Reservation Request Form and credit card information, we will email your Reservation Confirmation.

To confirm your reservation, a credit card deposit in the amount of 3 night's rental is required at the time of booking. We accept VISA and MasterCard. The balance of your invoice is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellations and Hurricanes

Cancellations may be made without penalty until 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made between 31 and 59 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date will be refunded only for the days of your stay that can be re-booked.

If a hurricane watch or warning has been issued for any portion of your stay (through November 15), we will waive our cancellation penalty and refund all remittances you have made.
